自分の１日を「50英文」で表現

上乃さんの「純ジャパニーズの迷わない英語勉強法」を読んで、やる気の失われないうちに、最初の課題、

～ 自分の１日を「50英文」で表現 ～

に取り組んでみました。

I get up at ... o'clock on weekdays.
I eat breakfast at twenty past ... .
I usually leave home at quarter to ... .
My wife and our children get up at ... o'clock on weekdays.
My wife is a housewife now.
She does the laundry and the house cleaning and takes care of our children.
She used to play the recorder, tin whistle, concertina, bodhran as a professional musician.
I hope she work as a professional musician again when our children grow.
She loves playing and listening to Irish music.
She also loves history.

Our children go to ... school.
I walk to the staion and get on a train at around ... o'clock.
I read an English book while commuting.
I like reading nonfiction books.
I learn a lot from them.
I arrive at work at twenty to ... .
I work for a construction company.
I'm the section chief of the contract division.
I check my e-mails every hour.
The members of the contract division check many contract documents every day.

We consult with sales reps about contracts evey day.
My motto is "4F," that is, freindly, fair, frank and FUN.
I try to listen intently to our members.
I seldom use English at work.
I eat lunch at twelve o'clock.
I take a short break and buy a bottle of tea from the convenience store.
Our children usually come home at half past ... .
Our older daughter goes to cram school ... times a week.
She loves reading books.
She is good at playing the piano and the Irish harp.

Our younger daughter likes drawing pictures and making things.
My wife cooks dinner.
She often tells our younger daughter to put her toys away.
My wife and our children have their evening meal at around ... o'clock.
Our children usually take a bath together.
My wife puts our younger daughter to bed at ... o'clock.
My wife sometimes fall asleep with our younger daughter.
I usually finish work at around ... o'clock.
I usually come home by ... and have dinner.
I check my private e-mails and reply to them.

I practice the Irish flute before I go to bed.
My Irish flute was made in Australia in 2005.
I sometimes practice the concertina, too.
My concertina was made in England a hundred yaeas ago.
I love Irish music. I love its rhythm and melody.
My wife plays Irish music much better than I.
She usually plays the concertina.
Her concertina was made in England, too.
We bought it secondhand from an American player in 2012.
I go to bed at around ... o'clock.

50英文作るのが、思ったよりも大変でした。ちょっと脱線したり、事実と違うところもありますが、よしとしましょう。

これを、「最終的には３分を目標に音読を終えるように練習し、それを毎日繰り返す」とのこと。先が長そうですが、こつこつ頑張ろうと思います。

口を縦にも横にも大きく動かして、太くて大きな声で、アクセントをつけながら練習しなくてはならないので、防音室で練習したほうが良さそうだなぁ…楽器と一緒？
